Quality Control
The most important aspect of La Pace’s policy is quality, because it is this element that has lead to our success in the exporting field. To fulfill the importer’s requirements, we apply the system of ISO 9001 in all Management and also we make a sequential control of the chemical elements by taking a daily sample according to the following processes:
1.Production Stage
Random samples are collected during production and analyzed for key chemical elements. These samples are transported from the production site to our central laboratory for thorough examination.
2.Storage Stage
Additional random samples are taken during the storage process at the loading ports. This ensures that the material remains uncontaminated and that its chemical composition remains stable.
3.Loading Stage
Another set of random samples is taken during loading via the belt conveyor at the port, with material from the vessel hold being analyzed to confirm quality.
